2014-15 Hockey Registration Information

Registration will be available online starting June 15, 2014 to all eligible families living within the defined CMHA boundaries. If you were registered with another association last season, please contact the Registrar.

- All families have to take RiS (Respect in Sport) online. $12+gst / per family, takes about 45 minutes. Please go to Hockey Alberta website and follow the link at the bottom if you have not done it. “Respect in Sport – Parent” http://www.hockeyalberta.ca
All families registering with Chestermere MHA are required to carry a 2014-2015 CRCA Membership. If you don’t have a current 2014/2015 CRCA Membership, go to http://www.chestermerecrca.com/, complete and send the application to Chestermere Regional Recreation Centre (CRCA) with your payment. Once your payment has been received, a membership number will be issued and mailed out to you. You can also do this in their office.
Photocopy of players’ birth certificate is required when registering for the FIRST time with Chestermere MHA.
Registration is not considered complete until accepted by the CMHA Registrar and all required documentation and payments have been received. If payments, including post-dated cheques, have not been received on time, you are not registered and will not be allowed on the ice for evaluations until all deficiencies are cleared up.
REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULEFees include: Individual & team picture and team socks. Fees do not include tournament costs.
Eligible players can be male or female, must be no younger than three (3) for Tiny Mites and no older than seventeen (17) for Midget, and twenty (20) for Junior by December 31, 2014 in order to register. A player’s division (Initiation, Novice, etc.) is determined by birth year. See chart below.
Pay the lowest fees!! Register by Aug. 15, 2014 to avoid a $100 increase (excludes Tiny Mite & Junior).

All players that are trying out for AAA or AA hockey must register with Chestermere Minor Hockey. If you make the team you are trying out for then you must notify the Registrar @ Chestermere Minor Hockey in writing for a refund.
